I absolutely love decorating for the Autumn season. There is something about lighting a pumpkin spice candle, cozying up and bringing out all of the beautiful pumpkins, Fall garland, and decor accessories to welcome in the season change. This year, I was much more inspired to go a little bit more neutral for my Fall decor, with minimal pops of colour.
In the early weeks of August, I was on a hunt for the most beautiful Fall accessories I could find (I know, I know… August is a little bit early for Fall decorating, but I’m a planner). I ended up stumbling across Christmas Central and noticed they had a massive selection of Autumn decor. I had actually heard about Christmas Central before and assumed that they only sold Christmas items (as reflected in their name). However, that is not the case! They carry home decor pieces for all seasons and holidays, and they have beautiful decor items!
I purchased these gorgeous off white pumpkins and gold candlesticks from Christmas Central, as I knew they would create a gorgeous tablescape. We LOVE entertaining and creating a dining space that is inviting, comfortable and reflective of the season. Invite some friends over, pop open a bottle of red wine, and light these candles for a cozy and welcoming feel.
I decided that I wanted to add some colour to the mantel and layer the gold mirror with a beautiful Christmas Central Fall wreath. I also ordered the white lantern which I placed beside our fireplace, bundled with a cozy throw, woven basket and candles. I’m a huge fan of lanterns in the Fall and Winter months! You can really use them anywhere, and lighting them in the evening adds such a cozy feel to the space.
I made sure to order two wreaths, as I love using them for various purposes (a coffee table centrepiece, fireplace mantel accessory, and of course, one for your front door too).
