Okay, guys…as most of you know, we have a pretty strong vitamin regime in our household. With proper direction from my Naturopath and Doctor, I’ve implemented certain supplements that can be tricky to get in with a regular diet. Even though we are healthy eaters, we still lack certain nutrients and have gaps in food groups (hey there Friday pizza night)! I have always loved the quote, ‘taking vitamins is like a nutrient insurance plan. In the areas where your food falls short, getting support from a vitamin helps give your body the nutrients it’s hungry for.’ Pretty accurate, right?!
With all of this said, I’m extremely particular about the brands of vitamins that we purchase because not all supplements are equal, and one of my trusted go-to brands is Jamieson. For now though, I want to specifically talk about their beauty supplements.
Although I love a facial from time to time and I definitely promote a strong skincare game, I’ve started to realize that what truly makes a difference in your skin complexion, nail strength and hair health is what we feed our bodies, how we nourish our insides, and what supplements we are taking that assist with these things on a daily basis.
Who else is already noticing that your complexion is changing due to the cooler weather?! My skin is already becoming dryer, nails more brittle, and by January, my hair will feel like straw.
