The truth is, most of us spend the majority of our time critiquing every single thing about ourselves. Am I right, or am I right? It’s pretty hard not to do this when we live in a world of comparison.
Finding balance in life is one of those topics that I think most people struggle with. We all have so many areas of our lives that we desperately want to juggle perfectly – family life, a job, home, friends…the list goes on. And what I’ve realized is that many of us put a ton of pressure on ourselves to achieve this “perfect” balance. When we can’t keep up, the guilt weighs heavy on us.
