32 🎈.. and what.a.year. it’s been. A few of t 32 🎈.. and what.a.year. it’s been. A few of the lessons that the past 365 days has brought me: 1. Thoughts have power.. and only YOU have the power to choose what you give your time and energy to- including the messages you tell yourself over and over. 2. The most challenging times are often where the most amount of growth happens. Search for the gratitude in all of it.. in the simple mundane things- even on the hardest days. It’s the most important daily practice there is. 3. Finding ways to get outside of your comfort zone is empowering- you’re stronger and more capable than you truly know. Feeling thankful for all of you who have followed my journey this year - you all inspire me SO MUCH. Now for patio cocktails 🍹 Xo (📸 @lindsay.hagen )
My little besties. Glued to my hips for the last t My little besties. Glued to my hips for the last three months, and next week I transition to full-time again and although I’m ready (and honestly looking forward to it), I’m also a bit sad. I’ve always felt like being a SAHM was harder on my sanity while being a working mom is harder on my heart. But believing deeply (and hoping) that when the girls watch me pursue my own passions in life, they’ll believe they are SO capable of doing that for themselves, too. (📸 @lindsay.hagen )

Today feels good... I know they felt it too. Walki Today feels good... I know they felt it too. Walking uptown and enjoying ice cream... the simple things we haven’t been doing for so long.. feels SO freaking good. Today I’m thankful. That is ALL 🍦

I never understood the running hype.. until now. I I never understood the running hype.. until now. It’s funny... my mind races a mile a minute all day and yet when I’m running, it feels clear... and peaceful. It’s kind of become my form of meditation and my place and time to mentally unload (and also an hour to escape the children... kind of a bonus during quarantine, you know? 🙌🏻). Also- leggings are from @lilybod and top is from @fabletics for those wondering 💗
Counting down the days until normalcy again... but Counting down the days until normalcy again... but also enjoying these summer days with my girls. They make life so damn fun (minus the moment not seen here when Mila spilled her Starbucks drink allllll over herself literally 2 seconds after getting it from the barista) 🙃 roll with the punches, right?!
Four years ago today, we were off to the hospital. Four years ago today, we were off to the hospital. 6 hours later, I pulled you out and the tears poured down my cheeks- I could barely see 😭 and in that exact moment, I really did feel like I had somehow already known you a lifetime. You are my wild child- so free and full of life. I’m the lucky one. Love you, B. Happy birthday 💗
