Charcuterie boards are traditionally brought out as a pre-dinner appetizer, containing a variety of meats, cheese, vegetables, crackers, and more. The other day, I began planning a brunch menu for friends who were stopping by for a visit, and I thought… why the heck doesn’t anyone make brunch charcuterie boards?
I really do believe that mom guilt comes in massive waves. Some days, you feel like you’ve got this whole mom thing together. The kids are playing happily, you had a few extra minutes to clean the kitchen, and you even had time to prep dinner before three p.m (that in itself is a huge accomplishment, right)?? If there’s one recipe that I just can’t live without, it’s bruschetta. Bruschetta pairs well with pretty much everything. It’s versatile and can be served as a side dish or appetizer. But, let’s be honest here for a second. The real reason I love bruschetta so much is that it’s both fast and easy to throw together, and you really can’t mess it up.
