Nearing the end of running season (because I’m a

Nearing the end of running season (because I’m a wimp in the cold😬) but ohh myyy am I going to miss this. It’s one of the only ways I can fully still my mind. It’s this switch that turns on and brings me to the present moment - thoughts about all of the things I need to get done or where I should be, worries and stress; it all goes away. It’s the most freeing feeling. And nowwww I need some indoor workout ideas, guys (because you always give me the BEST suggestions). Share with me below your favourite online workouts/routines/instructors you love. THANK YOU! Xo

They couldn’t be more different but my God do they love each other so.much. Mila has been asking me at night if she can tuck Brielle into bed, and my heart 😭❤️ she helps B under the covers, looks at her and says she loves her “all the way to the North Pole and past the stars.” Wishing I could bottle these moments up and relive them over and over.. ❤️

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it is es

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it is estimated that this year, 27,400 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. There are so many women in my circle who have been affected by breast cancer; either themselves or a loved one. I’m beyond proud to be partnering with @lavieenrose on their Breast Cancer initiative - For each t-shirt sold during the month of October (as seen here), La Vie en Rose is donating $10 to breast cancer research and its initiatives, AND…For each bra sold this month, they will be donating $1.00 toward this cause. Grab a cute black tee (only $14.95), contribute to an incredibly important initiative, and TALK about it - awareness can, and does, save lives. #lavieenrose #mavieenrose #ad #breastcancerawarenessmonth

She’s been GLUED to me lately. Park visits mean

She’s been GLUED to me lately. Park visits mean hand holding (even down the slide), requests to be carried around everywhere, and wanting to keep me as close as possible AT ALL TIMES. There’s a part of me that is desperate for her to gain more independence right now, and another part that is fully enjoying it and soaking it in... knowing she needs it and I need to be patient through it. MOMS-have you been going through this with your little one?? Chalking it up to the pandemic along with starting school. 🤷‍♀️
