Happy Monday, guys! Happy Thanksgiving to all of my fellow Canadian friends! I woke up this morning still stuffed from the huge turkey dinner we had yesterday. It was so delicious, but now I’m totally craving a simple and healthy meal for tonight’s dinner…and I have a feeling I’ll be making this soup again later on! Guys…I am OBSESSED with this Peach Breakfast Crisp recipe. It is absolutely delicious, super nutritious and bonus – the girls love it too! I can’t take credit for this recipe, since I found it on The Full Helping. When I discover a recipe I can’t live without, I HAVE to share it with my readers. The one change I made was subbing out the berries for more peaches (I’m on a bit of a peach craze right now – it’s that time of the year).
Now that Summer has come to an end and the school year has began, the stress and overwhelm of staying on track with healthy meals can seem exhausting and nearly impossible.
