To kick off Spring, I have decided to share one of my favourite salad recipes with you today! My mom has made this salad for years, and it’s one that has been passed around between friends and family members because it has always been such a hit.
As some of you already know, we have a beautiful lavender farm five minutes down the road from us and because it’s in peak season, I’ve been cooking with it a lot. The aroma, the flavour, the health benefits… it’s one of my favourite herbs! I invited some girlfriends over for brunch, so I decided to whip up a batch of Lavender Honey Biscuits. They are such a beautiful touch when entertaining, and the lavender flavour mixed with the honey is perfection!
