I‘m super excited to share this Father’s Day tablescape with you because I typically don’t show a more masculine inspired way of entertaining. Those who read my blog know that I love that floral, airy, feminine style…but, sometimes you’ve got to mix it up and Father’s Day is the perfect opportunity to try something different!
Charcuterie boards are traditionally brought out as a pre-dinner appetizer, containing a variety of meats, cheese, vegetables, crackers, and more. If there’s one recipe that I just can’t live without, it’s bruschetta. Bruschetta pairs well with pretty much everything. It’s versatile and can be served as a side dish or appetizer. But, let’s be honest here for a second. The real reason I love bruschetta so much is that it’s both fast and easy to throw together, and you really can’t mess it up. To kick off Spring, I have decided to share one of my favourite salad recipes with you today! My mom has made this salad for years, and it’s one that has been passed around between friends and family members because it has always been such a hit.
Stacey from Sweet Bakery was kind enough to provide you all with her special recipe, and I’m telling you…it’s the only Macaron recipe you will ever need. The buttercream filling that is mushed between the most drool-worthy ‘cookies’ that are both crisp and soft (is your mouth watering yet?) will have your guests wanting to bring some home in a paper bag.
