I can’t believe that Mother’s Day is only a week away! Before I had kids, I used to be super prepared for these types of holidays. I would have gifts picked out months in advance, and well now that has completely changed. I have become the last minute shopper, it is what it is.
Anyway, I’m super excited to share this Mother’s Day Gift Guide with all of you. I have tried and tested all of these items, and I know with certainty they are incredible gift options for all of the amazing mama’s out there. So…for all of the last minute shoppers like me, let’s get to it!
My faves: Water Lily Wash, Pomegranate Lotion and Vanilla Coffee Body Scrub
Ok girls, raise your hands if you like luxury, all natural, beautifully scented skin products. If so, then look no farther. LoveFresh has very quickly become one of my favourite brands, and here’s why: everything I have ever used from LoveFresh smells heavenly. The scents are not overpowering; they are light and fresh.
Not only that, but their products are all natural and contain ingredients that are GOOD for your skin. They offer a range of products from skin and hair care, to household cleaners and baby products. My absolute favourite item from LoveFresh is the Vanilla Coffee Scrub – do yourself (or your mom) a favour, and get it!

You know all of those high-end beauty and skincare lines that cost a fortune and are barely affordable? Well, here’s the perfect alternative. I am OBSESSED with this brand because their entire mission was to develop luxury, 100% natural, cruelty-free and vegan beauty products but at a reasonable and fair price (this Youth Facial Serum is $30.00)!
They have a range of products from masks, to lip polishes, to serums and toning mists. I’ve been using their Revitalizing Face Serum and their Soothe Pink Clay Mask for over a month now, and I absolutely love both. Give your mama one of these luxury beauty products for Mother’s Day to pamper her and make her feel extra special!
Wine Experience at Chateau des Charmes
I love wine, and I’ve always felt that wine is the perfect gift for those who are difficult to buy for. I’m particularly crazy about the wine from Chateau des Charmes (as I’ve stated before). If you’re local to Niagara on the Lake, ON I highly recommend you purchase one of Chateau des Charmes ‘wine experiences’. They offer romance packages for two, and private wine tours and tastings (Nick and I will be doing the Romance Package this Spring)!
If I received a gift like this from my hubby and kids, I would be over the moon excited. This type of gift truly makes a woman feel special and Spring is the perfect season to head to a winery and sample some good vino.
BonLook Sunglasses & Voluspa Candles
Ok, let’s start with these gorgeous sunnies from BonLook. I know, I know….finding the perfect pair of sunglasses can be somewhat of a personal decision, but I threw this in here because I think BonLook is an exception to the rule. For those who haven’t heard of BonLook, they offer stunning, on-trend glasses at an affordable price and each frame is handmade in Montreal.
All of their frames are unique, but what I love most is that you can insert a picture on their website and find the correct pair based on your face shape. It’s a more personal and thoughtful Mother’s Day Gift, but I think it’s a good one!
For those who know me at all, know that I’m obsessed with candles. My good friend recently bought me a Voluspa candle in scent ‘Bourbon Vanilla’ and well…now I’m hooked. It’s the perfect year-round scent and a great addition to any cute gift basket.
